Atlantico provides marketplace fulfilment services to brand owners in South Africa, including online account management, warehousing and distribution, advertising and promotions, catalogue and listing management, and returns handling. This website provides information about those services and a means to contact us.

2.2 Not Affiliated with Marketplaces

Atlantico is an independent service provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Takealot, Makro, Amazon, Leroy Merlin, Shopify, or any other marketplace. All references to these platforms are for identification purposes only.

2.3 Service Agreements

The delivery of fulfilment services to your brand is governed by a separate written service agreement. Where these Terms and a service agreement conflict, the service agreement prevails in respect of the services it covers.

3. Eligibility

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old, that you have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of yourself or the business you represent, and that you will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

4. Enquiries & Communications

4.1 Accuracy of Details

When you submit an enquiry or request a call back, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete contact details. We may use those details to respond to you as described in our Privacy Policy.

4.2 Call-Back Requests

A call-back request is an invitation for us to contact you. It does not create a service agreement or any obligation on either party until a written agreement is concluded.

5.2 Service Fees

Fees for fulfilment services are set out in your quotation and service agreement. Unless stated otherwise, fees are quoted in South African Rand and exclude VAT.

13.1 Termination by You

You may stop using the website at any time. Termination of fulfilment services is governed by your service agreement.

13.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to the website if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in unlawful conduct.

No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
